How to book initial interview for Doula care service?
Booking a Doula service is easy! Simply visit our support packages, select the services you need, and fill out the discovery call required information. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with further details about your appointment and our services.
Do you offer nutrition education with meal guides?
Yes, Nourish and Justice, offers a nutrition guide service that is tailored to pregnancy and postpartum care. You will consult with the Doula about your eating habits, needs, dietary restrictions, allergies, and/or medical condition that may prohibit certain foods. Then a suggested 30 meal ideas will be discussed with you.
Are payment options available for Doula services?
Absolutely! For full birth, essentials birth support and postpartum care packages self-pay payment installment options are available. To ensure that your service is booked and secured we require a 50% deposit of the total cost of services. After the deposit, you can choose to pay additional balance in 2-3 reoccurring payment dates prior to birth. For postpartum care payment must be receive prior to service dates.

Absolutely! Doulas can provide support for all types of births, including C-sections. They can help you prepare for the surgery, provide emotional support during recovery, and assist with newborn care afterward, ensuring you have the support you need regardless of your birth plan.
